We took you around to see the new health and safety protocols and to check out the reopened dining and shopping experiences. For the reopening, restaurants like The Basket at Wine Bar George have been rolling out new menu items (hellooooĀ loaded fries) since the reopening and we just caught a glimpse of another new item over at The Polite Pig.
Disney Springs has finally re-opened to guests so they can enjoy dining and shopping locations all around the property.

While we’ve taken you with us LIVE to check out the reopening, given you the deets on new health and safety procedures, and our overall experience, it can be a little bit confusing to navigate Disney Springs right now.
Disney Springs began its phased reopening on Wednesday, May 20th, and we have been reporting from Walt Disney World’s shopping and dining district throughout the week.

We have been observing and experiencing the new safety measures now implemented for guests visiting Disney Springs. Additionally, we’ve been stopping by all of the restaurants and shops that are currently in operation, which — at the moment — are third-party vendors. That’s because the complex is starting a phased reopening so that third-party restaurants and retail locations can open to the public if they choose. No Disney-owned locations are opening for the time being, but we’ve been compiling a list of all the dining spots that will be. These locations will be implementing new health and safety measures and we’ve got a favorite restaurant of ours to add to the list!
It’s time for the Disney Princess Half Marathon in Disney World! Participants will be excited to hear that Disney is continuing their tradition of offering special deals exclusively to runners!

In the past we’ve seen offers on marathon weekends like free coffee ripple art at Joffrey’s Coffee. For the Princess Half Marathon weekend, runners can enjoy a special deal returning for a limited time at Disney Springs!
