The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort is updating its the maximum occupancy rule. Currently, if you book a fully equipped campsite at Disney’s Fort Wilderness, you can have up to 10 guests on the site. However, beginning in 2026, the maximum occupancy will only be 8 guests.

This decrease in the number of guests on each site applies to Premium Campsites, Premium Meadow Campsites, Full Hook-Up Campsites, Tent or Pop-Up Campsites, and Preferred Campsites. Those are ALL the campsites that are not the cabins at Fort Wilderness. The cabins at Fort Wilderness can accommodate up to 6 guests.
