There’s been a lot of Star Wars going on lately — with Seasons of the Force happening at Disneyland, Star Wars celebration bringing us new announcements for upcoming projects, and Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith being re-released in theatres. Now we have some more news regarding Star Wars Day at Hollywood Studios!

We often see limited-time snacks for a variety of occasions — it seems like they’re available year-round these days! And coming soon, it’ll be time to celebrate a holiday dedicated to a popular franchise…Star Wars Day.
If you need to refrain from booking another Disney World trip, this post is dangerous territory. That’s because we’re going over some super exciting changes coming to the parks!

While you can participate in your own Star Wars story every visit to Disney’s Hollywood Studios thanks to the wonder that is Galaxy’s Edge, but there’s one day out of the year that’s extra special for Star Wars fans.

May 4th is known as Star Wars day since the phrase “May the force be with you” from the films sounds very similar to “May the 4th be with you.” During this time, you can often find some special snacks, merchandise, and more in the park, which is why it’s important to plan way ahead if you’d like to participate. However, we’ve got some bad news for Annual Passholders — reservations for May 4th are already sold out!
Star Wars Day has come and gone, but we’re still celebrating all things Star Wars here at DFB.

That’s because the Season of the Force is still going strong in Disneyland (it lasts through June 2nd), which means we’ll be celebrating everything from a galaxy far, far away for a little longer. Now, that event brings special snacks to the parks, but May the 4th brings more special snacks (some you can only find for ONE DAY) to both Disney World and Disneyland. Yes, we were on BOTH coasts to try out a BUNCH of May the 4th treats, and we’ve got reviews for all of them!
