EPCOT
We’ve received loads of refurbishment announcements over the last few days! But as a recently redone dining location reopens, another one will be closing.
Sometimes you gotta go where everybody knows your name! Whoops, that’s Cheers, isn’t it?
Rose & Crown Pub and Dining Room
You know that feeling of walking into your neighborhood bar and everyone knows you? The Cheers reference holds true of this spot too. That’s basically the feeling you get when walking into Rose and Crown. We like the food just fine but we love the feeling we get when we enter the pub doors at this EPCOT restaurant. Step inside for a pint and see what the restaurant is like since our last visit!
Disney World has been open for a few months now with many different health and safety procedures.

When we think of iconic eats in EPCOT’s United Kingdom pavilion, Fish and Chips is one of the first menu items that comes to mind!

And apparently we’re not the only ones that appreciate the golden brown, deep-fried deliciousness of this dish. Because not only did we spy some AMAZING Fish and Chips Minnie Ears, but we just found a ton more Fish and Chips merch, too! We’re all about food-related merch at Disney World!
We’ve got even more news about a new feature on the My Disney Experience app for Walt Disney World guests: the Mobile Dine Walk-up Waitlist!
Le Cellier in Walt Disney World’s EPCOT
This feature allows guests to view Table Service restaurants that have available seating for walk-up guests with just a tap on their phone. The list of restaurants utilizing the feature continues to expand (almost daily!), and today there are FIVE more restaurants on the Mobile Dine Walk-up Waitlist that we want to share with you. As we’ve previously seen before select Disney Springs dining locations and Disney World resort restaurants reopened, sweeping menu cuts are now occurring at several theme park restaurants.
Tony’s Town Square Restaurant
Just recently, Disney has shared with us which Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Animal Kingdom restaurants will be reopening on July 11th as well as which dining locations will be available when Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot resume on July 15th. Disney is offering limited menus at many of the resorts and Disney Springs restaurants for the time being. And, now it looks like the parks are following suit.
