One of Magic Kingdom’s attractions is suddenly closed down and we have the details for you about when it will be reopening.
We love Cast Members! They are what make Disney World such a magical place, and we can’t thank them enough for what they do every single day.
Disney World wouldn’t be the same without the Cast Members, and we wanted to talk about a rule at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT that Cast Members are begging you not to break.
It’s not uncommon to see Disney rides close for a little while!
Rides often have to close temporarily to get refurbished, whether that means a complete overhaul or just some paint touch-ups and simple tech updates. Because of this, it’s important to check the refurbishment calendars before you head out on your Disney vacation, that way you’re not caught off guard!
If you haven’t been to Disney World in a few years, there are quite a few new rides to check out.
From Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT (which opened in 2022) to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and TRON Lightcycle / Run in Magic Kingdom (opened in 2024 and 2023, respectively), there are a couple of attractions you’ll want to add to your must-ride list. But if you’re hoping to check out TRON during your visit, we’ve got some important updates for you.
“Soarin’ to tower! We are ready for takeoff!”
Before you get ready to ride Soarin’ Around the World in EPCOT, and have the chance to meet Patrick, the Chief Flight Attendant, we have some tips on what rows to request for the best experience.
Do you think you have what it takes to work at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind?
I had the opportunity to be a part of the opening team for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and I am rounding up some of the qualifications for working at this popular EPCOT attraction.
It’s certainly no secret that Disney World has gone through some significant changes lately — and more updates are on the way.
Disney has confirmed that a Dinoland U.S.A. re-theme in Animal Kingdom and a Beyond Big Thunder Mountain in Magic Kingdom are currently in the works, though they’ve been keeping the specifics of those projects pretty quiet. A while back, Disney filed a patent that led us to believe a potential Moana ride was in the works, and now we have an update!
Are you at that point where basically nothing shocks you anymore? (I know we are!)
So, about that, here we were minding our business and having a great time at Magic Kingdom when we had the unexpected happen. We’re talking about a specific ride revelation that had us shook. Let’s talk about it!
Imagine a (Disney) World where Genie+ is GONE, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is NOW OPEN, and our park experiences are about to DRASTICALLY CHANGE FOREVER.
I think now is as good a time as ever to UPDATE our BEST Disney World Ride Hacks so YOU know which tips and tricks are gonna work for YOU during your upcoming visit!
Quite a few things are currently closed in Magic Kingdom!
Tiana’s Bayou Adventure just officially opened, but Country Bear Jamboree is still down for refurbishment. Frontierland Shootin’ Arcade just closed permanently to become a new Disney Vacation Club lounge, and Tortuga Tavern is now seasonally closed in Adventureland. Seems like a long list, right? Well, now we’re adding another offering to that group.
