We’ve been watching the progress of Roundup Rodeo BBQ in Disney’s Hollywood Studios for quite a while now.
The restaurant is set to open on March 23rd, 2o23, and while that date is still a little bit away, you can start making reservations to dine at this new spot right now!
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort is home to some of the BEST restaurants on property, but one has been closed for refurbishment for a while!
Narcoossee’s has been closed since July 2022, but Disney just announced that it would be reopening on April 1st! And, now we know when you can start making reservations to dine at Narcoossee’s once again.

We are so close to the opening of Roundup Rodeo BBQ! The journey to its debut hasn’t been particularly smooth, though.
The restaurant was originally set to open in 2022, but Disney then made an announcement in the middle of December 2022 that it would be open in spring of 2023.
