Disney’s Pop Century Resort has been undergoing a pretty extensive refurbishment in Everything POP!, the main dining location, for many months now.

We’ve gotten to see the new design come to life, and to be honest, we’re fans of it! But that’s not all — the hotel recently announced that multiple new menu options would be arriving at the dining spot soon, and we just got a chance to try two of them out and see if they’re really worth your hard-earned money.
It’s a wonderful day! We get to say three of our favorite words: NEW DISNEY PERK. That’s right — something new (well, it’s actually an OLD perk, but it’s officially back!) just arrived at Disney World’s Value Resorts, so if you’re staying at places like Disney’s All-Star Resorts or Disney’s Pop Century Resort, you need to listen up.

It’s got plenty of cute theming, it’s pretty cheap as far as Disney World hotels go, and it’s along the Skyliner route — which is pretty hard to beat. But, it’s actually the Skyliner’s fault we’re gathered here today. You see, Pop Century is in desperate need of a rule change — and it’s all because of that darn gondola system.

One of our personal favorites is Pop Century Resort, especially thanks to its access to the Skyliner. But if we’re being honest, you REALLY need to avoid it this year.

For example, we’re totally okay with all the NEW stuff coming to the parks (even if we’re a little sad about losing part of Magic Kingdom for new additions). We’re also excited when new restaurants get closer to opening and new snacks turn up. However, we get nervous when we see our favorite snacks go through changes. Now, we have to face a NEW change with a classic Disney hotel snack — we’re sure it’s okay, though. Right? IT WILL BE OKAY, RIGHT?
