Disney World doesn’t have to break the bank!
Cinderella Castle
There are tons of money-saving tips, hotel discounts, and more that can help you budget the best way! While a budget is important, sometimes it can feel like you’re missing out on certain aspects of the magic. We’re here to prove that isn’t true by breaking down the cheapest sit-down dinner you can get in Magic Kingdom!Â
Disney World is getting some updates!
Magic Kingdom
There are some major updates around Disney World from the new Monster’s Inc. Land that’s in the works, the new Zootopia show coming soon, and DinoLand’s closure, there is so much going on! In Magic Kingdom, we found even more updates but these were a bit unexpected.
Happy Holidays from DFB. The holiday season is officially in FULL swing at Disney World now that the holiday decorations are up, the hotel gingerbread displays are ready, and the first Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party in Magic Kingdom has happened.
We’ve been busy checking out all the holiday snacks around Disney World, too. BUT we’re doing our weekly thing where we take a look at Disney World restaurant menus to see what’s changed — and we’ve got some updates to share with you this week.
Okay, so we witnessed some changes this week in Disney World.
One of those changes was the opening of The Cake Bake Shop by Gwendolyn Rogers (and y’all, we visited it SEVERAL times — you know — for science). We also ate a giant mozzarella stick for science because, well, cheese. Plus there were loaded fries (yes, our job is SO HARD LOL). However, the BIGGEST change we saw this week was with Disney World restaurant menus, so let’s get into those updates. We hope you’re sitting down for this.
Yeah, yeah, we know it’s not even officially summer yet, but we’re already pumped about Halloween in Disney World!
For 2024, Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is returning to Magic Kingdom and we’re going to have a BLAST with trick-or-treating, specialty entertainment, rare character meets, and low wait times for rides. And if you’re planning a trip to the Halloween party this year, then today may be an important day for you!
Okay, it’s time to talk about our favorite thing EVER: Disney food.
It’s no secret that some of our favorite Disney World food comes from Magic Kingdom. We’ll never not talk about Corn Dog Nuggets at Casey’s Corner or the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls at the Spring Roll Cart. But this time, we’re going to take some time to sit down at Magic Kingdom’s table service restaurants and tell you about our favorite things there!
What a week in Disney World!!!
We have made our way ALL over EPCOT to enjoy the EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival (and all that glorious food!). We’re also gearing up to eat a TON of special Easter snacks in Disney World. However, we have been keeping an eye on Disney World restaurant menus and have noticed some changes we want to tell you about.
When it comes to dining in Magic Kingdom, things are…complicated.
Several of the quick service restaurant options leave much to be desired, and even a few of the table service restaurants are controversial. (People have certainly shared strong opinions about the prices at Cinderella’s Royal Table and Be Our Guest Restaurant in the past!) But one spot that tends to be a pretty good crowd-pleaser has recently added some new menu items, and I stopped by to try them out!
If you haven’t been paying close attention to all the Disney news lately, there’s a LOT to catch up on!
Disney has revealed new details about this year’s EPCOT Food & Wine Festival, including ALL the menus for the food booths. We also got news about a new restaurant opening in Disney World, and a new spring roll flavor popped up in Magic Kingdom. On top of that, there have been quite a few changes to menus at popular Disney World restaurants, so let’s look at those!
