It’s an exciting time to be a Disney World fan! There are SO many changes happening all around the parks.
At Animal Kingdom, DinoLand U.S.A. is being transformed into Pueblo Esperanza, while Hollywood Studios is getting TWO new shows in May! Over at Magic Kingdom, new Villains Land and Cars attractions are coming, and Disney just announced new changes for an iconic Tomorrowland ride!
Buying souvenirs is beyond tempting, but it’s almost always beyond expensive as well and requires some serious budgeting before your trip begins.
We’ve been there — you’re strict with yourself and have limited yourself to only buying one or two things in the parks, and then you step into the Emporium for the first time and that all goes out the window. If you’ve experienced that on far too many occasions and NEED something that will work, then we’re here to help — here are the tips and tricks we’ve learned are effective when you’re in the parks!
One of the best parts of EPCOT is the four festivals that rotate throughout the year. From the Festival of the Arts to Flower and Garden to Food and Wine and the Festival of the Holidays, EPCOT almost always has a festival happening.
We love these festivals, but there are three things EPCOT festivals need to bring them to the next level.
What’s Disney up to on their private island?
Castaway Cay, which has been part of Disney Cruise Line itineraries since the line’s inception, was revolutionary for the time. It was the first private island in the industry to feature direct docking, which allowed guests to disembark without being tendered to land. With its beaches, including the adult-only Serenity Bay, and activities like bicycle rentals, personal watercraft rentals, massages overlooking the ocean, snorkeling, parasailing, volleyball, and basketball, the island has long been a favorite of Disney Cruise line passengers. Now, it looks like Disney may be cooking up something new.
If you are headed to Disney World for a longer trip or want to save some money on food, ordering grocery delivery to your Disney World resort is a great idea!
Don’t end up paying high prices in the small grocery section at your Disney World resort gift shop; instead, utilize Kroger’s Grocery Delivery! Kroger has tons of experience in delivery to Disney World resorts, so you can trust that your groceries will be delivered safely! Although we love this service, there is one problem that you may run into on the last day of your trip.
Eek! You’re running out of time to take advantage of this incredible dining deal at Disney World!
If you’re a Disney Visa Cardmember, and are planning a resort stay soon, we just found the best way for you to get free food.
Whew — it’s a lot keeping up with all the changes in Disney World these days. We’ve got entire lands closing to make way for new lands, rides getting re-themes, the Muppets taking over a roller coaster and the land we’ve all dreamed of — Villains Land — is finally on the way.
Something big is changing over at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, too. As we previously confirmed, the Picabu dining spot has permanently closed to make way for something new — a gaming room called Lagoon Games, Lanes & Eats. Now we’re going to break down everything we know about this new gaming space.
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort is going through a transformation of its own — and part of it has officially been completed!
The Marriott-owned hotels previously announced a $275 million transformation featuring a new 120,000-square-foot event space expansion, along with upgrades to its existing space, and guest room renovations. While many of these renovations are still in the works, the guest room renovations are now complete and we’re sharing a peek!
It can be challenging to choose which airline to fly to Disney World.
If you are like us, you may want to be prepared for every situation and pack all your Disney World essentials, such as your Minnie ears, rain gear, multiple pairs of comfortable shoes, first aid supplies, and more. It can feel like baggage rules and fees are getting stricter and stricter on airlines, and unfortunately, if you are flying on Southwest Airlines in the near future, it is about to get even harder to pack for your Disney World vacation.
