We travel all over, from Disneyland and Disney World to Aulani Resort and so much more, so believe us when we say we know how to pack a carry-on bag.

Gen X’ers are going to pack a certain way
For some of us, it’s just making sure we have comfy outfits for each day. For others, there’s a process that includes packing ALL the essentials (okay, that’s us) so we are prepared if we have need of anything during our trip. For Gen X, the packing rules are a little different — we have certain NEEDS and we make sure that we’re going to think of those when we travel.
We go to Disney World all the time, and that means we’ve gotten pretty good at knowing what to pack in our park bags.
We will take a room in the Castle, please!
Winter, early summer, summer, or summer part II (because let’s be honest, there are definitely NOT four seasons in Orlando), we’re ready for the weather, the crowds, and any other park conditions we may need to be prepared for. But we have to level with you — people are going to judge you if you bring certain things with you on vacation.
You know…sometimes we see things, and we kinda wish we could unsee them.

But at the same time, we’re happy we saw it because it means we can un-influence you from it to save you some trouble on your Disney World vacation, OR, on the flip side, it helps us recommend something that will truly make your trip easier. We try a lot of different products around here to see what’s really worth it on your Disney World vacation, and these new shoes…well, these new shoes are a disaster waiting to happen, and we’re begging you not to wear them to the parks.
It looks like the Disney World water parks may be a bit more popular come 2025 with the new ticket offer that Disney has announced!
