Magic Kingdom has had a LOT going on lately!
The stage show is back in front of the castle, parades have returned, and we even found some awesome Space Mountain merch. But, that’s not all — come with us to see what’s new in Magic Kingdom!

After eating our way around Epcot last week, it was time to re-visit the Magic Kingdom this week to see what’s new!
We found some rarely-seen characters, new sweet treats, some menu changes, and bunch of new merchandise. But first, look at who we met!

When is a Jumbo Turkey Leg not made of meat? When it’s made of cereal, marshmallows, and butter, of course! The Turkey Leg Krispie has to be one of the most awesome Krispies we’ve seen. Which one do you prefer — the savory or sweet version?
Is It Turkey or Is It a Krispie??

Krispie Treats are pretty much awesome by themselves. But if we were going to try to make them better, I’m pretty sure that a dunk in Chocolate and a roll in Mini-Reese’s Pieces would probably spring to mind!

Disney World is always ready to celebrate a holiday, and they’ve been gearing up for St. Paddy’s Day for weeks now! On my last trip in February, I snapped a few shots of the green goodness you have available to you this weekend…
Any veteran Epcot fan knows that some of the best drinks in the World Showcase are beers and ciders from the Rose and Crown Pub in the UK pavilion, and luscious slushes from the France Pavilion. But on St. Patrick’s Day, these staples get glammed up!
Go green when it comes to your cider in the UK… . Note that lines at the pub and the outdoor beer tap get veeeeeery long on St. Patrick’s Day here!
And consider greener pastures for your Grey Goose Citron Slush in France!
The bakeries and candy shops in Disney World have splashed the display cases with green this time of year!

Departing the Happiest Place on Earth is never easy. It’s a bummer having to return to reality. To lessen the pain, many guests like to stock up on favorite snacks before the journey home. I’m partial to the chocolate covered pretzels. And the Krispie Treats. And the Caramel Apples. 😉 Whatever you choose, these sweet treats make the wait at the airport, flight, or car ride less agonizing.
Some guests pack food for the plane or car trip home. These munchies are handy for long flights and/or layovers. Others bring them home as gifts for the pet-sitter, teacher, class, and/or as a treat to savor just a few more minutes of Disney magic.
