Happy Cinco de Mayo, DFB amigos!!
While you’re at home making some of abuelita‘s famous tamales and watching Coco to celebrate the holiday, we’re taking you with us on a musical adventure through Epcot’s Gran Fiesta Tour!
It was a messy race to the finish line and many cups of plastic cheese were spilled in the process of elimination during rounds one, two, three, four, and FIVE!
But now that we’ve tabulated your final votes, it’s time to announce the BIG WINNER of our Disney Food Blog Counter Service Throwdown! Drum roll, please!
We gotta admit — we went un poco loco for a hot minute when we found out The Story of Coco was coming back to Epcot’s Mexico pavilion in the World Showcase!
And if you haven’t caught a performance of this show before now, you’re in store for a real treat!
It’s finally here!! Valentine’s Day has swooped in (and struck us with Cupid’s arrow)!
And, while there are SO MANY things to do in Disney World for the holiday, we’re ready to get our sip on at one of our fav places to grab a drink in Epcot!
There is a new LEGENDARY margarita in Epcot.
So, naturally, we HAD to try it! Today, we swung on over to La Cava del Tequila in Epcot’s Mexico Pavilion and ordered the Black Magic Margarita, developed by Neil Patrick Harris. That’s right…the one and only NPH has developed a Disney marg, people. Want to know what we thought??
While we can’t get enough of that one-of-a-kind Disney magic, we CAN’T WAIT to take a few sips of something a little darker in Disney World!
La Cava del Tequila in Epcot’s Mexico Pavilion will soon be enchanting us with the new frozen Black Magic margarita…and it’s got a STORY to tell! (As well as a pretty LEGENDARY recipe developer.)
Folks always be linin’ up to experience the enchantment that is La Cava del Tequila in Epcot’s Mexico pavilion! With over 200 tequilas to choose from, it is THE place to be for connoisseurs of the delectable drink!
But why choose only one tequila when you can get a tequila flight instead, we ask you? Throw in some chips and queso and you literally have to pry us from this Disney World cave of wonders!
Greetings World Travelers and Future World Citizens!
That’s right, we’ve got a round up of everything new we spotted in Epcot today. So read on to find out all of our food, construction, and merchandise updates in this edition of What’s New in Epcot!
Panchito. José Carioca. Donald Duck. These are names of three musical legends that have become synonymous with one of Disney’s attractions located in Epcot’s Mexico pavilion!
And nooow you can take them along on your next Gran Fiesta Tour (and entire Disney World adventure!) because these guys just landed their first MagicBand deal!
There’s always a good time to be had in Epcot’s Mexico Pavilion! We’ve gone carnivorous on San Angel Inn Restaurante’s carne asada and enjoyed more than a few good times eating chips and queso and drinking mezcal over at La Cava del Tequila.
But now the party doesn’t have to stop when we leave Disney World! That’s because there’s a whole new line of Mexico-themed merch that’s just hit the parks and you can literally recreate your own Mexico-pavilion fiesta AT HOME!
