We’re heading to the BoardWalk cause Trattoria al Forno is changing things up!
Recently, the restaurant introduced TWO new menus! Now, obviously, we had to go check out the changes. Luckily, we were able to get in for dinner to try the new eats!
If there’s one thing that’s predictable about Disney World restaurants…it’s that they’re unpredictable!
Disney’s dining locations are constantly evolving and we do our best to keep up with all the menu changes around the parks and resorts. Whether it’s a new item at a snack stand or a whole line of updated entrees at a sit-down restaurant, we make sure to follow Disney World menus closely. And today, we were given a pleasant surprise — twoĀ totally revamped menus at one of the table service restaurants!
If you’ve been keeping up with DFB for a while you’ll likely know that Via Napoli is one of our favorite spots around World Showcase in EPCOT. It was love at first bite (of pizza) and we can’t fuhgeddaboudit! Yes, we love traveling around and trying all the exotic (and often delicious) foods, but we keep coming back to our favorite pizza spot in the Italy Pavilion time and time again.
We would probably eat here more often than we should if we could. But we wouldn’t be doing our jobs of sharing EVERYTHING you can eat in Disney World, now would we? š Every once in a while though, the siren song of those pizzas comes a’callin. Who are we to not answer that call? Let’s eat some ‘za!
One of the things we love most about EPCOT’s World Showcase is that it gives us a chance to travel the world and maybe see — and eat — things we wouldn’t normally find anywhere else!
Thanks to World Showcase, we’ve had the chance to dive into the cuisines of France, Morocco, the U.K., and more! But our most recent jaunt across the “World” took us to Italy! The Italy Pavilion has multiple options dining options including one of our favorites — Via Napoli. But this go-round, we stopped into Tutto Italia Ristorante for a hearty Italian meal.
Disney Springs has been reopening its restaurants for guests to get their eatin’ and drinkin’ on while they’re visiting!
Although we’ve been taking you with us to try some great food (Buri Bop is the BOMB), we’re back for a little slice of Italy at Terralina Crafted Italian! Terralina Crafted Italian is owned by James Beard Award Winning Chef, Tony Mantuano, and themed after his love of Lake Como, Italy.
If you’ve been following along at DFB for a while, you know that Via Napoli stole a pizza our hearts from the beginning. Even though there are plenty of exotic foods all around the World Showcase in Epcot, we find ourselves being drawn back to their classic Italian dishes time and again.
Via Napoli
It’s like a trusted friend or coming home after a long time away — it’s become a reliable and comfortable staple for us. So you won’t be surprised that we snuck another trip back to Via Napoli into our last trip to Disney World! We are reporting back on whether one of our favorite pizza spots lived up to our cheesy expectations!
Even though we feel totally inspired by Remy’s French cuisine, we’re taking a trip to Disney World for some Italian food and an even better afternoon!
If your little ones have always wanted to be a chef (anybody can cook, you know), Terralina Crafted Italian is about to make their dreams come true in Disney Springs!
Halloween Time might in full spooky swing in Disneyland, but Fall has been blossoming across the parks!
And, we’re ready to celebrate sweater weather with new, delicious menu items in Downtown Disney!
Carnevale
is a traditional winter festival that is Venice, Italy’s, equivalent of Mardi Gras, and Maria & Enzo’s Ristorante is bringing the party to Disney Springs!
The Carnevale celebration will take place at the restaurant from February 22 through March 5. [Read more…]

is a hidden gem of Walt Disney World dining.
Located in the Swan Hotel in the Epcot resort area, Il Mulino is off the typical beaten path. But for those that find it, it’s often a meal to remember.
Il Mulino is an Italian restaurant modeled after the original and much-lauded Il Mulino in New York City’s Greenwich Village neighborhood. And you see a bit of that in the decor — but you taste a lot of it in the food. Menu items derive from the Abruzzo region of Italy and as such are comprised of an eclectic mix of ingredient from the mountains, the sea, and the pastures.
But origins aside, Il Mulino just serves really good food.
It’s been several years since my last visit to Il Mulino, and in that time, a lot has changed at the Swan and Dolphin Hotels. New dining and drinking spots have opened, there’s a new executive chef overseeing the seventeen (17!!) dining establishments in the two resorts, and the Swan and Dolphin Classic continues to wow with new (and returning) tastes year after year.
