? Disney’s Iconic Grand Floridian Gingerbread House Is CANCELED for 2025 ?

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort has been under refurbishment for a few years now.

Starting with an overhaul of the guest rooms, this multi-year project has taken over pretty much the whole resort at one point or another, but it’s finally drawing to a close. Last but not least is the lobby update, which includes the addition of a new lobby bar. However, in order for this change to happen, it seems like we might lose a beloved tradition — the Grand Floridian gingerbread house.

NEWS: Something NEW Arrived in EPCOT, and Spaceship Earth Fans Are Gonna LOVE It!

Over the holidays, Disney World creates beautiful, life-sized gingerbread displays at several of the resort hotels.

Probably the most iconic of these gingerbread displays is the gingerbread house at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, but the carousel at Disney’s Beach Club, the baby animals at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, the castle at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, and the BoardWalk Bakery at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn are all amazing! Each of these gingerbread displays returns year after year, but this year, Disney added a brand-new display NOT at a hotel! This year, there’s a new Spaceship Earth gingerbread display at EPCOT; let’s check it out!

A NEW Animal Has Joined the Gingerbread Display at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge

Another Christmas tree and gingerbread display have arrived at Disney World! The holiday festivities are in full swing with Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Disney Jollywood Nights, and festive decor up all around the Disney World resort.
