The bakery located at Disney Springs (and East End Market in Orlando) is known for its delicious half-pound cookies and giant cake slices. In fact, it’s so popular that guests will wait in a multi-hour virtual queue just to try the sweets. So is there any way to get the cookies if you’re NOT in Central Florida…or will there be in the future?
No trip to Disney Springs is complete without a visit to Gideon’s Bakehouse, right?

From the immersive theming of the shop to the seemingly endless menu of delicious cookies and cakes, Gideon’s is sure to be a haven for your sweet tooth and curious mind. You can find Gideon’s across from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, but be warned — there’s usually a line of people waiting for these giant specialty cookies. Let us assure you though, it’s worth the wait.
Ah, Gideon’s Bakehouse. With its MASSIVE cookies, delicious cakes, unique cold brew coffee drinks, and spooktacular atmosphere, the spot has made a big name for itself in the Orlando area.

Gideon’s Bakehouse currently has an “OG” location at East End Market in Orlando, as well as their Disney Springs location, but what if there were MORE Gideon’s Bakehouse locations in the future fueling your sweet treat needs? The founder of this spot has discussed expansion plans before and now we’ve got another update!

We’re back!
As you may know, we visit Gideon’s Bakehouse on the first of each month to check out the cookies of the month! Last month, we dove into the Cookie Butter Butterscotch Cookie, and the month before that, we ate pretty much ALL of the holiday offerings. Well, now we’re back to try an old favorite to see if it still measures up.
We’re in Disney World every day, and we’ve tried just about everything you can eat at the restaurants inside the parks and at the hotels. There are some truly fantastic snacks and meals, but there are also a few things you might want to skip. So which eats are which? We’re here to help you figure that out!
