From all kinds of holiday news to a hotel opening, lots of things have happened in the Disney parks over the past few days. Let’s break down what you need to know right here.

Disney World just announced their NEW Annual Pass Program!

YEP! Annual passes are officially coming back for the first time since the shutdowns in March of 2020 — but there are some changes to the program! There are now only 4 passes being offered, and 3 of them are only for Florida residents. The passes go on sale on September 8th, and we have news about upgrading current theme park tickets into an Annual Pass!
We know, we know — when it comes to reporting on prices, most of the time, we have to announce that Disney has raised prices on things. And believe us — we’re not big fans of price hikes either.
Wishables saw a recent price hike.
From price increases at our favorite snack spots (Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie, we’re looking at you) to our favorite restaurants (hello, Chefs de France [seriously, what’s up with France RN!]) to Wishables to Spirit Jerseys to masks, it seems like everything at Disney World is starting to cost more. So we have to ask the question — has Disney ever REDUCED prices? And well, you what? It has!
We’ve been keeping a close eye on any updates and information about Disney Cruise Line lately.

We’ve shared information about their COVID-19 testing requirements, their updated mask policy for guests taking photos, and their latest cruise cancellations. And now we’ve got some more news. If you’re planning a potential Disney Cruise Line adventure for the future, a number of NEW discounts have just been announced that you might be able to take advantage of!
The rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine is continuing throughout Florida.

Shortly after President Biden directed that states should make all adults in the U.S. eligible for the vaccine by May, Orange County lowered its vaccination age to make anyone age 40 and up qualified. Now, as part of the state’s goal to offer the vaccine to all adults before May 1st, the rest of Florida is following suit.
Vaccine rollout is ongoing in response to the global health crisis.

Earlier this month, President Joe Biden announced that all U.S. states will need to make the vaccine available to ALL ADULTS by May 1st. Now, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is commenting on when that might happen for the state.
We’ve seen a lot of health and safety changes over the last year due to COVID-19.

Mask mandates, temperature checks, and social distancing have become the norm, but now that there are multiple vaccine options available, we have begun to see some changes in policies across the country. Now we have an update on Florida’s vaccine policy.
March is about to be one BUSY month in Disney World as Spring Break is just around the corner. And on top of that, the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival recently kicked off.
