We could spend hours upon hours at Universal Orlando Resort’s brand-new theme park, Epic Universe (and in fact, we have)! But, it’s not just the theme park we’re busy exploring, because three brand-new hotels have opened their doors along with the new park.

Of course, we’re mostly excited about all the FOOD! We stopped by Flora Taverna at the Universal Helios Grand Hotel to see what they’re serving up for dinner. Let’s dive into everything you need to know!
Universal’s newest hotel, Helios Grand Hotel, is open now, and we’re checking out everything there is to offer!

That includes the rooms, the view into Epic Universe, and, of course, the dining! One of the dining spots inside this new location is a table-service restaurant called Flora Taverna, and we’re checking out what breakfast is like (and if it’s worth the reservation)!
Either before you run into Epic Universe to meet your favorite Nintendo characters or need a relaxing end to your day after flying with a dragon, enjoying a relaxing sit-down meal is a great addition to your Universal Orlando trip.

We are one step closer to the official opening of Universal’s newest theme park, Epic Universe!
Welcome to the Universal Helios Grand Hotel
This project is almost complete, as the park is set to open on May 22nd, 2025. So far, two of the three hotels that are part of this expansion have already opened. Sister hotels Stella Nova and Terra Luna are available for stays NOW. The last of these three hotels, Universal Helios Grand Hotel, opens on the same day as Epic Universe, but today we got an exclusive early look at this stunning resort!
