Will These Special Events Return for the 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival?

There was a LOT of activity on the official Disneyland and Walt Disney World websites yesterday with the announcement of opening dates for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge on both coasts came the debut of updated and new pages for the various attractions, restaurants, and experiences for Galaxy’s Edge.

Now, if you looked at the title of this post, you may be thinking, “Got it. But what does that have to do with the 2019 Epcot Food and Wine Festival?”

You can get a glimpse of the sounds, flavors and cultures of so many different countries by simply taking a few steps around the festival. The 2019 Epcot Flower & Garden Festival isn’t the only thing coming to Epcot on March 6th. This Wednesday will also bring the arrival of a new dish to the United Kingdom Pavilion’s Yorkshire County Fish Shop.

KERMIT IS HERE! Check Out The Most Adorable Addition To The Epcot Flower and Garden Festival This Year!

Disney has BLESSED us with Kermit and Miss Piggy topiaries just in time for Epcot’s Flower and Garden Festival! We’re so excited that Kermit and Miss Piggy have earned their place in the sun…literally!

Located in the France Pavilion at Disney World’s Epcot, these two are the cutest photo opportunity ever! The BIGGEST NEWS is how stinking CUTE Kermit is!

Don’t you think that GREEN suits him perfectly? And would you take a look at those baguettes! They totally make us want to go on a carb overload. Good thing we can head into Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie to grab a few!

As Epcot’s Festival of the Arts prepares to close on February 25 signs the Flower and Garden Festival opening on March 6 are popping up! Our latest visit to Epcot saw some Flower and Garden food booths and topiaries being set up. But, that isn’t all, we also saw some construction progress, new merchandise, and some awesome chalk art!

NEW Play Pavilion

A new first-of-its-kind Play Pavilion “will be devoted to playful fun and feature an innovative city” under the dome of what was formerly known as the Wonders of Life Pavilion! The city — “an energetic metropolis unlike anything ever seen before at Epcot” — will offer interaction with Disney characters and new interactive experiences including hands-on activities along with new entertainment.
