Hey everybody! It’s time for this week’s roundup of What’s New in Epcot!
This is our weekly magic journey around this Disney World park to see what new construction, food, and merch we can spot!
Disney World seems to be experiencing a strange food trend this week…
First we saw the Santa hat-toting Cranberry Mickey Brownie followed swiftly by the Mickey’s Santa Cupcake — also suspiciously wearing, you guessed it — a Santa hat!
Now this new holiday snack (which we spotted in Epcot’s China Pavilion of all places!) has us pretty much certain there’s a delicious Christmas treat conspiracy happening right now in Disney World — and trust us, you gotta see what it is!
WE DO! With the new year quickly approaching, we keep hearing the date “January 17th” EVERYWHERE.
This is because January 17th is the day that Rise of the Resistance comes to Disneyland and Festival of the Arts kicks off in Disney World! OH…PLUS LOTS MORE!
It’s been an Epcot 2020 Festival of the Arts kind of day today for Disney fans!
And while the start of the festival is still well over a month away, today we’ve seen the new menus as well as the line-up of hands-on Festival of the Arts workshops! But that’s not all, it seems! Now Disney has just released the final names of its Disney on Broadway in Concert series!
Can you believe 2020 is almost here?! Well, it is, and today we can start our 2020 Epcot International Festival of the Arts planning because we have menus, people!
The Festival will run from January 17th – February 24th, 2020. A huge part of this festival (beyond the art, of course) is the unique, colorful, and yummy food. The locations that serve these delicious foods are known as Food Studios.
Epcot is transforming right before our very eyes!
You got it, folks. Epcot is undergoing a MAJOR transformation over the next few years and the evidence is clear in the park. With construction, new shows coming soon, and more construction, it’s hard to keep up with all the changes. Well, one piece of the transformation is complete today and that’s the new Camera Center and Pin Traders merch shop!
Headed to the Most Magical Place On Earth in the next few days?
If you are, you might be curious about what you WON’T be able to do at Disney this week. It’s Monday and that means it’s time to take a look at which Disney World attractions are closed this week in Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom!
Disney World is in full go, go, go mode with all the new and exciting things coming to the parks!
Sometimes, there’s just so much going on that you can’t help but miss some of the updates (whoops!). That’s why we’re here to tell you some of the most important news you may have missed this week!
With Christmas in full swing, we’ve spotted all sorts of chocolate, gingerbread, and peppermint flavors around Disney World!
And, even though we love the seasonal sweets, sometimes you just gotta take it back to the basics. That’s why the latest drink being poured in Epcot is fruity twist you don’t want to miss!
Sometimes you just want to snack on some honey with Pooh, Tigger, and the rest of your friends in Disney World.
Buuut, you don’t have to travel to the Hundred Acre Wood to spend some time with the gang! Now, you can take them back with you to your own (tree) house!
