EPCOT
There is so much going on in the theme parks with permanent closures, new lands coming, and more. Now EPCOT is about to change again and we couldn’t be more excited!
EPCOT is filled with tons of iconic, classic attractions, but one of them is well-known because the ride is truly like no other (well, besides the one in Disneyland, but we’re talking non-Disney theme parks, specifically).

Despite being around since 2005, Soarin’ remains quite popular with guests, but there have been a few updates the ride has sorely needed for a while. Well, Disney listened! We’re happy to report that one of those updates is complete, along with an additional one we weren’t expecting!
EPCOT, like the other Disney World parks, is always changing.
2024 Food and Wine Festival
Year by year, month by month, and sometimes even week by week! However, there’s one big offering that makes EPCOT stand out from a food standpoint than the other parks, and that’s the four festivals the park has throughout the year. The current festival, EPCOT’s International Food & Wine Festival, is coming to an end tomorrow, and the park will almost immediately be very different.
A NEW addition opened up in EPCOT today, and it’s something that we constantly hear people asking for!

One of the best things about EPCOT is the seasonal festivals that happen throughout the year. We love grabbing some gorgeous treats at the Festival of the Arts, noshing on plant-based snacks at the Flower & Garden Festival, eating as much cheese as humanly possible at the Food & Wine Festival, and taking part in the Cookie Stroll at the Festival of the Holidays. Although food and drinks are aplenty in the park during these festivals, there’s one thing that’s sadly LACKING in most areas: SEATING.

The maze of construction walls STRIKES AGAIN in EPCOT!

EPCOT has a reputation for being a confusing maze of temporary construction walls because Disney has been updating and refurbishing various parts of this park for YEARS now. We finally saw a big chunk of those construction walls come down when the World Celebration Gardens opened in late 2023. Now, however, NEW construction walls have gone up, and they’re blocking one of the most popular shortcuts in the park. [Read more…]
