Disney Springs is now home to ANOTHER new experience and this one isn’t as exclusive as you might think!

It wasn’t too long ago that we were introduced to a new limited-run nighttime show at Disney Springs that had swarms of people pooling into the shopping and dining district for a peek. We’ve also seen new summer menus for some of our favorite restaurants, savored a bunch of tasty treats made with genuine Florida ingredients, and had to part with a few stores — but that doesn’t mean that Disney World is ready to slow down with the changes just yet! This week two Disney World attractions are reopening — the DVC lounge in the Imagination Pavilion in EPCOT on July 13th AND the Country Bear Musical Jamboree in Magic Kingdom! There are hundreds of places to grab a bite to eat in and around Disney World!

Each of Disney’s hotels offers at least one or more restaurants for you to stop by to enjoy during your stay. But every now and then, these restaurants will close for refurbishment. It’s important to stay up to date on which places will be available and which won’t be while you’re on vacation. Speaking of which, one Disney World food court has partially closed!

A Popular Disney World Ride Reopens This Week While 4 Attractions Are Still CLOSED

Rides close down for refurbishment all the time in Disney World.

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster has been closed for months!

It’s a common thing for Disney to close a ride so they can make sure everything is running correctly, give it the touchups it needs, and then, eventually, get it back running again for everyone to enjoy. Lengths of refurbishments vary based on many things, but they can be short for only a couple of weeks or much longer spanning over many months. Luckily, one ride that has been closed since January and we thought it was opening in late July, but it turns out it’s opening THIS WEEK! Let’s see what’s opening (and remaining closed) the week of June 29th through July 5th.

Test Track Officially Closes in EPCOT This Week for Reimagining

EPCOT has been quite the ordeal, recently. The transformation is officially over now that CommuniCore Hall and Plaza are open, but the changes aren’t stopping there.

If you wander around EPCOT, you’ll likely still see ongoing construction. Near the Imagination pavilion, work is being done on an unknown attraction, the DVC lounge in the Imagination pavilion is getting updates, and Mission: Space is still getting a facade facelift. However, an all-new project is about to begin on Test Track while other refurbishments across Disney World continue.

You know that we are BIG fans of food in Disney World.

There are tons of restaurants all over Disney World. Whether you’re in the parks or at the hotels, you will find any kind of food your heart desires. We frequently visit the restaurants, trying all the new foods, but we also have many classics locations that never let us down. However, there are two restaurants in Disney World that have been closed for a VERY long time, and we keep wondering if Disney will ever reopen them again to their full capacity. Honestly, we miss them.
