Disney’s Hotel New York — The Art of Marvel, is a new resort coming to Disneyland Paris that will incorporate the charm of New York with hundreds of pieces of Marvel artwork. Luckily, you can now watch a festive Christmas show from Disneyland Paris, featuring lots of characters, bright lights, and plenty of holiday music.

Disneyland Paris Resort won’t remain COMPLETELY closed this holiday season.
Disneyland Paris was recently reclosed due to government restriction in France. Though the resort was initially supposed to temporarily reopen for the holidays, it was soon announced that it would remain closed. Now, we know one spot in Disneyland Paris that will be open this December.
2020 has brought a LOT of twists and turns, and we’re still very much in the midst of grappling with them. This year and next were supposed to be exciting ones in terms of opening attractions.
There are still projects to be excited about, of course, but Disney has left us wondering when and if some of them will ever be completed. Luckily, there are a few BIG Disney attractions that we can still expect to open in 2021 — here are the upcoming projects scheduled for completion next year!
Last month, Disneyland Paris announced that it would be closing for the second time this year due to the global health crisis.
Initially, it was unclear if the resort would be able to open to celebrate the holidays between December 19th and January 3rd, depending on government mandates. However, it now appears that the resort will be closed through February 12th. For those rebooking their trips, Disneyland Paris is offering a perk!
Disneyland Paris, like most other Disney parks, has had to deal with a number of changes to plans due to the global health crisis.
Earlier this year, the Parisian resort closed alongside the other international Disney parks and remained closed for several months before a reopening in July. Since then, COVID-19 cases have increased in France prompting a lockdown, and Disneyland Paris has closed temporarily again. Now, it seems that closure will extend through the holiday season.
Due to the global pandemic, Disneyland Paris (like all of the other Disney theme parks around the world) shut down earlier this year, but then reopened in July. Eventually, however, COVID-19 numbers in France began increasing again, and the country went into lockdown, forcing Disneyland Paris to close temporarily once again at the end of October.

Disneyland Paris was set to reopen on from December 19th through January 3rd, but it seems recent regulations set by the French government have caused plans at this theme park to change.
There are lots of projects going on at Disneyland Paris right now!
At last week’s IAAPA expo, we got several updates on the ongoing projects, including Hotel New York — Art of Marvel and Avengers Campus. However, the park has also had some difficulties recently, as the park didn’t achieve net positive contribution in Q4 and recently had to close its gates again due to a nationwide lockdown in France. Even with all of this, we’ve just received positive news from Disneyland Paris, as we recently got an update on construction for the new Cars Route 66 Road Trip attraction!
