Most people know about Disney World and Disneyland but there are several more (and some people say they’re even better)! Let’s check them all out right here.
2024 has been an interesting year for the Disney theme parks, with lots of changes made and new experiences opened in recent months. But has it all paid off?
EPCOT
Within recent months, we’ve seen CommuniCore Hall open in EPCOT, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure open in Magic Kingdom, Genie+ transformed into Lightning Lane Multi Pass, and more. On August 7th, Disney held its earnings call (and released its earnings report) for Q3 of fiscal year 2024 and now we can see just how the parks are doing from a financial perspective (and what that might mean for the future of the parks).
Disney’s newest land has officially opened!

Shanghai Disney Resort opened the new Zootopia land to guests on December 20th, 2023, and we’re having serious FOMO about it all! There’s a new attraction called Zootopia: Hot Pursuit, which features a trackless ride system and some interesting Imagineering technology. There are some wild new treats, a “one-of-a-kind atmosphere show,” a merchandise location, and more. But, the coolest thing about Disney’s New Zootopia land might be…the bathrooms?

At DFB, we’re not afraid to admit it: we’re theme park nerds. We get excited when we hear about upcoming projects big and small, and we’ve had multiple discussions about why it’s so dark in Fantasyland (seriously, can we get some lights, Disney?).
