We were recently invited to a media event at Pepe by José Andrés, a quick-service restaurant next door to the Chef’s signature restaurant, Jaleo — and we really enjoyed how fresh and tasty everything was! Sandwiches are the feature here, and boy do they make them well. Their #1 seller, the Pepito De Ternera, is a savory delight made with ribeye steak, cheese, and caramelized onions that really impressed us. Can’t make it to Disney Springs soon to try this dish? Once the Halloween season passes, Disney trades in its spooky decor for cozier holiday decorations! And that means you can also trade in your mega bag of trick-or-treat candy for another sweet favorite, some gingerbread!
