The Destiny, the latest ship from the ever-expanding Disney Cruise Line, will be themed to Heroes and Villains, with environments based on “on the legacies of beloved Disney stories, characters, and theme park attractions” according to the company. Disney’s Imagineers were “inspired by the dynamic duality of every great Disney story when developing this new ship, where opposing forces of light and dark drive characters to rise to their purpose.”
Being a Disney Cast Member is one of the most rewarding positions you can have!

The NEW Disney Destiny sets sail on November 20th, 2025! Picture the classic Disney Cruise ships we know and love, but with an epic twist. The Disney Destiny will be a sister ship to the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure, and Disney revealed that the ship will have a first-of-its-kind design theme: Heroes and Villains. In fact, the design will draw “on the legacies of beloved Disney stories, characters, and theme park attractions,” highlighting characters from The Lion King, One Hundred and One Dalmatians, and Hercules. Now that we know the basics, let’s talk about the FOOD!

The Destiny is the seventh ship in the Disney Cruise Line fleet and is the sister ship of both the Disney Wish and Disney Treasure. Just before the end of this year, the Destiny will take her maiden voyage on November 20th, 2025.
