food IS a theme park
Greetings from EPCOT!
We’re here to tell you all about everything NEW in EPCOT, from food, construction, merchandise, and more! Let’s get started!
Here at DFB, we believe that one of the most important aspects of a great Disney World vacation is the food!
If you’re headed to the parks and resorts, there are some really delicious options for meals…and some not-so-delicious ones. That’s why we’re constantly visiting Disney restaurants — to give you our honest reviews! And if you’re visiting EPCOT soon, then there are some DFB reviews we think you should read first.

Are you missing Disney World right now?
If so, you’re not alone! Every time we leave the parks, we start missing them all over again. Thankfully, here at DFB, we have a great way to help relive our trip after we get home — Disney recipes! We have recipes for TONS of fan-favorite foods from around the parks on our site, and today we’re sharing some of the best recipes from EPCOT specifically. Let’s get cooking!
Hello, everyone! It’s been a BUSY week.
We’ve been doing our best to eat everything at the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, and we’ve reviewed every single food booth there. But we’re also covering food ALL over Disney World, including seasonal snacks and more!
Walt Disney World reopened with limited capacities throughout every building on the property. All gift shops, restaurants, rides, and shows were reduced to accommodate physical distancing between travel groups.
Upon reopening, Disney World had a reduced capacity of 25% and the theme parks attracted fewer crowds. It was recently announced that the theme parks were raised to 35% and we’ve seen an uptick in crowds over the holidays. Attractions are seeing increased wait times and Disney has been adjusting experiences to accommodate the lines. But what about restaurants? While Disney World hasn’t shared specifics, we have seen a quiet increase in capacity within the restaurants. So, what does dining at a Disney World restaurant look like now that the parks have been reopened for a few months?
We’re heading out to EPCOT to see what new additions we can find around the park!
