So, when we heard that The Boathouse at Disney Springs would be hosting The Captain’s Sing-Along Brunch not just with dueling pianos but also with FREE mimosas (more on that in a bit!) and a brand-new menu, we knew we HAD to check it out!

Well, Disney obviously does because they are using it to celebrate the next holidays coming up! Even though it feels like Valentine’s Day just ended, it seems Disney is skipping St. Patrick’s Day and moving on to Easter and Mother’s Day.
