Disney’s Hollywood Studios is about to have TWO new shows! We have been waiting for Disney to give us an official opening date for these shows and now we know it.

Both Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy and Voyage of the Little Mermaid have been closed for quite some time. We’re getting close to seeing the brand-new shows that will take their place!
One of the biggest complaints we see from Disney adults is the lack of nightlife in Disney World.
Jellyrolls
There are only a few spots open late enough to be actually considered as nightlife, and it seems that late night entertainment options continue to disappear from the resort. Well, Disney World will soon be down one MORE nighttime entertainment spot: Jellyrolls will soon close its doors on Disney’s BoardWalk (though management has promised they’ll be announcing a new location soon!). However, before those doors at Disney World close, the dueling piano bar is going to offer the PARTY of a lifetime.

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort
We don’t want you to be excited to dine on the restaurant’s Buttery Pull-apart Rolls, Baked Fish, or House-made Coconut-Pineapple Bread Pudding only to find out that it is currently closed! We have all the details you need to know.

That includes a new treat from The Cake Bake Shop, getting ready to eat ALL the Easter snacks that will be hitting Disney World soon, revisiting one of our favorite restaurants in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and trying three Disney Springs restaurants AT ONCE (because that’s how we roll). We also kept an eye on Disney World restaurant menus this week, and we’ve got some changes to report.
Now that two Disney World attractions, Gran Fiesta Tour and Kali River Rapids, are finally open again, apparently, that means another attraction needs to close.

An iconic Disney World attraction is closing THIS week! While many people may not actually miss this attraction, seeing it close for good is still bittersweet.

The BoardWalk has some of our favorite restaurants, like Trattoria al Forno and Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs, but it’s also home to some of the best cake slices on Disney property. Just a short walk from EPCOT is The Cake Bake Shop Bakery, but instead of trying cake, we decided to switch it up and try some PIE!

And, while Disney welcomes anyone to their hotels, whether they’re staying there or not, that doesn’t mean that just anyone can pull up and park at them. In fact, there are some Disney World hotels that will ALWAYS crack down on the parking rules — no matter what.

March means the start of the EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival, and you know what that means — a LOT more food for us to enjoy and review. But we’ll also still be visiting Disney World restaurants when we get the chance (we just ate our way around THREE Disney Springs restaurants this week). We’ll also be checking those restaurant menus for changes, so let’s talk about what menu changes we uncovered this week.
