Halloween decorations are starting to appear!
If you’ve ever been to Disneyland during Halloween, you’ll know that both parks go ALL out with the decorations, merchandise, and snacks. Plus there’s the Oogie Boogie Bash to look forward to! But for now, we’re just cruising through the parks looking for new food and merchandise.
Yes, we’re already thinking ahead to the holiday season. Yes, it’s still technically summer, but don’t @ us! We can’t help but be excited about everything the holiday season will bring to Disneyland!
The Holidays at Disneyland
We already have dates for Disney California Adventure’s Festival of Holidays, and we know what holiday festivities to expect this year at both Disneyland AND Disney California Adventure. But there’s another activity returning this year that features the big guy himself — and no, we don’t mean Mickey, WE MEAN SANTA!
Halloween has been creeping into Disney Parks!
Halloween merchandise has arrived in Disneyland!
We’ve already seen it in full force in Disney World, but we’ve also seen Halloween merchandise starting to turn up in Disneyland. We can’t wait for the first Oogie Boogie Bash next month, and we’re ready to ride Haunted Mansion Holiday again! For now, though, let’s see what’s new in Disneyland!

Marceline’s Confectionery
If you recall, it wasn’t that long ago that we tried a Blueberry Hand Pie at Trolley Treats in Disneyland — and it was pretty great! Well, there’s ANOTHER hand pie now available at Disneyland, this time at Marceline’s Confectionery in Downtown Disney, and we have to say we’re really liking this hand pie trend!
If you’re paying extra to have an annual pass for Disney World or Disneyland Resort, you can expect a few extra perks.

There’s Passholder and Magic Key Holder merchandise, discounts at restaurants, and even savings you can score when buying special event tickets. And for the rest of this month, Disneyland Resort Magic Key Holders can add another perk to that list.
Just so you know, it’s almost Halloween Time in Disneyland.

We’re gearing up for the first Oogie Boogie Bash, we’re ready to ride Haunted Mansion Holiday, and we can’t wait to see all the Halloween decor in both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. So we’re checking often to see what’s new there.

Holidays in Disneyland
Over in Disney World, we can expect Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and the EPCOT Festival of the Holidays to bring us all sorts of exclusive entertainment and fun. But over in Disneyland, the parks will be transformed into The Merriest Place on Earth yet again — and we’re sharing all the details!
There are all kinds of treats you can get at the Disney parks — Dole Whip, Mickey bars, Mickey waffles, and more.

But, there are also some great treats at places like the hotels and shopping districts, like over at Sprinkles Cupcakes in either Disney Springs in Florida or Downtown Disney in California. And now, the August flavors at Sprinkles Cupcakes have been revealed!
Disneyland Resort may be smaller than Disney World, but we have TONS of news from the west coast!
