There is so much happening with the Disney Parks right now that it can be hard to keep up. Disney World will be getting four new lands in the coming years. Disneyland will be getting a new land, and both parks will be getting new attractions, shows, and more!

Disneyland Paris has released a LOT of news recently, including changes to one of its hotels, Disney Sequoia Lodge, and new details for the upcoming Lion King attraction, and a new Up-themed ride. On top of all of that, Disney released another announcement we know you’re going to love.

Disney Just Dropped 10 HUGE Announcements!

A lot is happening in Disney World and Disneyland, but Disney’s international parks are also getting a lot of huge updates.

Over in Disneyland Paris, work is underway to transform Walt Disney Studius Park into Disney Adventure World, which will feature entirely reimagined lands, as well as a land dedicated to The Lion King. Now, we’ve heard a little bit about some of the progress being made on Adventure World, but Disneyland Paris just dropped a TON of details about Adventure World, as well as other big plans being made for the resort.

REVEALED: Concept Art Released for NEW Disney Park Entrance

Disneyland Paris is currently undergoing a massive transformation at their second park.

Currently named Walt Disney Studios Park, this park will be renamed Disney Adventure World when their huge expansion opens in 2026, which will include World of Frozen and a new Lion King Land. However, this isn’t the only area of the park currently under construction — right now, when you enter the park, you’ll notice that everything is behind walls as it’s overhauled, but now we have some concept art to show us what the new entrance will look like!

It might come as a shock, but we are already nearly halfway through December. In less than a month, we’ll be counting down to the new year and trying to remember to write 2025 instead of 2024 on anything we’re adding a date to. As we look toward 2025 and the new year of possibilities, it’s also fun to look behind us and reflect on all the good, exciting, and happy things that have passed in 2024. This was an eventful year in the world of Disney, and we want to celebrate some of the best things that happened. Disneyland Paris is an ocean away from Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, California. The theme park is, in many ways, similar to the American Disney parks. Disneyland Paris shares some of the same attractions, characters, and treats. But, given its location and audience, there are some important differences between Disney World, Disneyland, and Disneyland Paris.

Disney dropped SO MANY announcements at the Horizons — D23 Disney Experience Showcase on August 10th; it was almost hard to keep up! But we got all the news live from the Honda Center including the new Villains Land and Cars Land coming to Magic Kingdom, the new name for the Tropical Americas re-theming of DinoLand, U.S.A., the new nighttime parade coming to Magic Kingdom, the Avatar Land headed to Disney California Adventure, and so much more. But it was the announcements for Disneyland Paris that got our nostalgic hearts racing!

D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event

On the second day of the event, August 10th, we heard a TON of news at the Horizons — D23 Experiences Showcase about upcoming theme park projects, new nighttime entertainment, new cruise line ships, new gaming, and so much more! Disney dropped a lot of awesome previews of each of the new projects and got us excited for the next few years of Disney experiences. Every announcement was confirmed to be in production, and none were “Blue Sky” ideas. Now, we’re getting a first look at all the Imagineering models for each of the major announcements!
