We like to keep up on all the happenings throughout Disney World, and today we’re taking a look at what’s new in Magic Kingdom.
It’s time for the Lunar New Year Festival at Disney California Adventure!
Happy Lunar New Year!
This festival celebrates Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean cultures with special character sightings, a parade, and of course — tantalizing food and drink offerings from the Marketplace booths! And today we’re bringing some more good news about the fest to Disneyland Magic Key holders!
We have seen almost every Disney World restaurant reopen since the 2020 closures — with a few exceptions!

Lucky for us, though, Disney just announced that they are reopening three of their restaurants! And this morning, reservations became available for those spots.
No one stole our hearts faster than Grogu, or “Baby Yoda” as he is still affectionately called!
How can you not love that face?
We’ve seen Baby Yoda deviled eggs, Pandora bracelet charms, and even Baby Yoda…furniture?! But, we spotted a NEW piece of Grogu merchandise online that we had previously only seen in the parks!
We’ve seen some exciting things come out of the Main Street Confectionery at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom since its recent refurbishment!

We definitely recommend checking out the Kernel Kitchen — a build your own popcorn bar inside the vintage-inspired candy shop! And today, we’re coming at you with a review of a treat that’s not new but needs to be spoken about — Mickey Scones!
