I Lost My MagicBand Charger, and I was Shocked When Disney World Cast Members Told Me THIS

Alright, I’ll admit it. I lost my MagicBand+ charger. Look, I have a lot of cords and cables to keep track of, and they all look the same. I’m a writer, not an IT expert. But I had a trip to Disney World planned, and it didn’t hit me until I started packing (the night before I left…don’t judge me) that my MagicBand charger was missing, therefore making my MagicBand+ (basically) useless.

But then I thought to myself, “No biggie! I’ll just buy another charger when I get to Disney World.” Oh, Madeleine, you are so, so wrong.

Literally Everyone on Our Team Said “AWWW” When We Spotted This NEW Addition in EPCOT

Hot take ahead! Disney’s Hollywood Studios has some of the BEST rides in all of Disney World. Tower of Terror? 10/10. Toy Story Mania? A classic! Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway? We know — a lot of you have some animosity toward this ride — but we still love this attraction. But the one ride that everyone seems to agree on? The BEST ride in Disney’s Hollywood Studios is Rise of the Resistance in Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge.

And at long last, the time has come. We went INSIDE Universal’s brand-new theme park in Orlando, Epic Universe. Universal Orlando Resort’s Epic Universe officially opens on May 22nd, 2025. This park has been heralded as Universal’s “most ambitious theme park yet,” with theme park immersion and innovation we’ve never seen. The Most Chaotic Thing I’ve Done With a MagicBand in Disney World

As much as I want to be calm, cool, and collected…I’m not. One day, I’m bouncing around all day in Disney World, jumping from place to place to cram in as much as possible. The next, I’m taking it slow and spending the whole day getting snacks and riding the PeopleMover. I’m getting out of line at the bus stop when I get impatient. I’m searching around for dining reservations on the My Disney Experience app constantly. To sum it up? Things can get a little chaotic inside my mind. It keeps things interesting, right?

I hope I’m not alone here, but I have a confession: my chaotic brain has approved some risky decisions in Disney World. I may not be breaking any rules, but I have done some chaotic things with MagicBands in Disney World, and it’s time to tell my story. For all you Disney fans out there who are constantly running late to your next reservation, can’t keep track of the park hours to save your life, and go HARD on vacation, this one’s for YOU.
