When it comes to souvenirs for your Disney vacation, all of your choices can be incredibly overwhelming! You can go for the classic Minnie ears, a spirit jersey, a plush, and so much more!

Coffee in the Most Magical Place on Earth

One of the more practical souvenirs would be something that you can use, even when your vacation is over (do Minnie ears fall into this category?), like a coffee mug! Disney has tons of options when it comes to mugs, and we recently spotted some mugs perfect for lovers of Starbucks AND Star Wars in Disneyland.

You might already be familiar with the Starbucks Been There series. It’s a collection of mugs you can get from Starbucks locations all over that have designs specific to where that Starbucks is located. You can find Starbucks Been There series mugs for each of the four Disney World parks in Florida, as well as general mugs for the state you are in (for example, one themed after Florida, or California).

50th Anniversary Been There Mugs

We recently spotted some Been There mugs in an unexpected location in Disneyland: The Star Trader! Instead of having designs themed around Disneyland or California, these mugs were Star Wars themed!

There are three new mugs, each themed after a different Star Wars planet: Naboo, Nevarro, and Ahch-To.

Starting off with the Naboo mug, Naboo is the planet that Padme Amidala (a character in the Star Wars prequels) is from, as well as Jar-Jar Binks, another character in the prequels. It is also the planet that brought us the iconic Anakin Skywalker line “I don’t like sand.” The mug features characters found on Naboo, like Padme and Jar-Jar Binks, as well as Darth Maul. It is $22.99.

The Nevarro mug features the character from the Disney+ show The Mandalorian (which will be returning in February 2023!). You can see the Mandalorian himself, Din Djarin, accompanied by Grogu (or Baby Yoda, depending on who you ask). This mug is also $22.99.

And finally we have the Ahch-To mug. This is the planet where Rey found Luke at the end of Star Wars: The Force Awakens and where she convinces him to train her in Star Wars: The Last Jedi. The mug shows Rey holding a lightsaber as well as some of the natural aspects of the planet. The mug is $22.99.

Note that these mugs had previously appeared on shopDisney but all sold out. Lots of other Starbucks cups are still available, including many of the 50th Anniversary items that had initially sold out.

We’ve already seen these “Been There” series mugs in Galaxy’s Edge for the planet Batuu, and we’ve seen Starbucks x Disney mugs for a number of other Star Wars spots, so we’ll keep our eyes peeled for more planets!

We’ve gotten a ton of Star Wars updates over the past few days thanks to the Star Wars Celebration, like details on new merchandise and new meet-and-greets coming to Galaxy’s Edge, as well as trailers and information for new Star Wars shows on Disney+, and who can forget about the fuzzy Ewok Minnie ears that will be available for purchase on May 31st?
