We love a good gift card deal, and we just found one that’s going to rock at your next Disney World trip.
Disney gift cards can be used just about everywhere, including theme park tickets, Disney Cruise Line, resorts, The Disney Store, dining, and more. So, when we find a great deal, we’ll stock up!
Sam’s Club has a Disney gift card deal for its members starting May 2nd, where you can buy a $200 gift card for $180. That’s 20 free dollars!
When planning their trip, some families like to save money by purchasing Disney gift cards throughout the year, and when they arrive at the park, they only have to use the gift cards. You can use the cards online to purchase tickets or resort stays, or at meals and stores once you arrive.
If you’re already planning on spending the money, buying a gift card with a good deal can help you get the most bang for your buck.
You can buy four per membership, and they’ll be emailed directly to you. Easy peasy!
There’s also a Southwest Airlines gift card deal where you can buy a $500 gift card for $449. That’s really going to help when booking those flights to Orlando.
Both deals won’t be live until May 2nd, but we’ll be ready to snatch up a few.

FYSA, writing this on April 30th 0830 EDT, both the Disney and Southwest gift card discounts are not available (gone already? not active yet?). Didn’t think I’d have to start treating these gift card discounts like super early morning advance dining reservations…
We are wondering the same thing! Checked at 7 EST. Still checking and haven’t seen anything?
Hey, Ben, I was looking to buy some this morning too and found them to still be $190 . I was also watching your comment to see how they responded to it. Now, looking at the article they have changed the date to be May 2. Check it out!!
Look closely they now changed the date to May 2!
DFB updated the date to May 2.
However, most all of Sam’s Club deals start today (May 1) and the Disney gift card $200 is still $190, not $180.
I will check tomorrow.
It starts May2
Yes I noticed it on the 30th and commented but it looks like they didn’t post my comment till today?
The date was corrected that day.
