In this video, you mentioned that someone with a handicap that you were traveling with, had to use the regular parking spots far away from entrance, and everybody jumped on the parking lot tram to get to the front gate. Do you know if the trams can take on scooters (ECV)? One person in our party doesn’t walk well, but the other one needs a scooter. How could they all get to the gate at the same time? Thank you for any information.
Hi Ann! The Walt Disney World trams do not accommodate ECVS/Scooters. Your party member who does not walk well may want to look into scooter rental or have someone in the party grab a wheelchair for them to be pushed in up to the gate.
Thank you so much! We can all agree that negotiating WDW is pretty complicated! Imagine trying to negotiate the Parks rides, shows, eateries, & even just parking with added the challenges of one person in an electric wheelchair, one person with autism, & both have severe dietary allergies.
The information your website has provided over the years continues to assist those of us who might otherwise be overwhelmed by WDW complexities! Keep up the good work!
