If you’ve been a Disney Food Blog reader for a while, you probably know just how much we love Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie in the France Pavilion at EPCOT.
This patisserie offers an extensive menu of sandwiches, pastries, desserts, and more, so it’s no wonder why we (and so many others!) love this counter-service spot. We recently stopped by for lunch and grabbed an old favorite to see if it still holds up — check out our full review below!
The Jambon Beurre (which literally means ham and butter) is a sandwich made with Ham, Cheese, and Dijon Mustard Butter on a Demi Baguette. You can have this sandwich served to you toasted or cold, but we have preferred this one served to us cold. For $10.95, it’s consistently been one of our favorite cheap lunches in EPCOT — but is it still?
Yes! What’s not to love about this? You’ve got that Dijon mustard that adds the perfect tang against the salty ham and cheese. You can even have it toasted if you want, which gets the cheese all nice and melty. It’s just a great solid snack, and it’s pretty quick to grab — even if Les Halles has a line out the door. For $10.95, we feel like this is a pretty decent deal for something that’s consistently good. You could even share this with younger kiddos or those just looking for a snack.
It’s a fairly simple sandwich, which is why we keep coming back for it. We like that this sandwich is dressed with butter rather than mayo, and that it features thickly sliced ham, and Gruyère cheese. If you’re looking for a complex array of flavors, you’ll get your money’s worth in this sandwich.
If you need us, chances are we’ll be at Les Halles. In the meantime, we’ll be on the lookout for more Disney snack updates. Make sure you stay tuned to the Disney Food Blog for more reviews and the latest news!

Now that you mentioned it, get ready for a price increase on this item sometime this year. As the old saying goes “Once you let the cat out of the bag, you won’t be able to put the toothpaste back in the tube”
Anything from Les Halles is great. It’s one of the best places to get a meal in all of Disney World, hands down!
That is my go-to sandwich at EPCOT. Very satisfying. Great to grab when heading back to the hotel via the skyliner. Or they typically have them ready in the morning and makes a good breakfast too. I have mine cold as well.
Would love to know what y’all think of the salted butter creme filled ginger cookies from Germany. Gives Gideons a rim for their money for sure.
