Disney World fans tend to have pretty mixed opinions about the Disney Dining Plan.
While some love the add-on for its convenience and ease of use, others avoid it because it can be a waste of money if not used to its full potential. Either way, it likely makes Disney a decent amount of money, otherwise they wouldn’t continue to offer it for your vacation. In fact, the Disney Dining Plan is returning in 2026, and it looks like the prices are going UP.
It was confirmed recently that the Disney Dining Plan will return in 2026 with the same two options — the Standard Disney Dining Plan and the Quick Service Dining Plan. The two plans come with different types of credits per person, so you’ll choose which one you want based on your dining needs.
The Quick Service Dining Plan comes with a refillable resort mug, as well as a snack credit and two quick service dining credits per person, per day. The Standard Disney Dining Plan comes with a refillable resort mug, as well as a snack credit, a quick service dining credit, and a table service dining credit per person per day. If you want to squeeze in a few nicer meals, you’ll need to get that Standard option.
So what will all that cost you in 2026? Here’s the pricing for next year:
- For adults, the Quick Service Disney Dining Plan will cost $60.47 per person, per night.
- For adults, the Standard Disney Dining Plan will cost $98.59 per person, per night.
- For children ages 3-9, the Quick Service Dining Plan will cost $26.16 per person, per night.
- For children ages 3-9, the Standard Disney Dining Plan will cost $31.94 per person, per night.
In comparison to prices for 2025, this is a $1.33 increase for adults and a $1.46 increase for children on the Quick Service Dining Plan. On the Standard Disney Dining Plan, it’s a $.89 increase for adults and a $1.16 increase for children.
Overall, that’s not too much of a price increase, but it may slightly affect which things you order while using the plan. However, things may even out if we see price increases for snacks and meals in Disney World before 2026 rolls around — we often see those price hikes happen in October.
We’ll make sure to keep you updated if we see any more news about the Disney Dining Plan or about price increases in general. Check out our video below to learn more about the Dining Plan!

My son and I use the Dining Plan always we figured it to come out to at least $500 less than what we’re charged. We enjoy it and eat all kinds of good food that we wouldn’t think of eating home love the dinners together. It may not work for everyone but it sure works for us.
Headline kind of scared me…Could have been worse I guess, Family of 4 is about 10 bucks a day more on the standard dining plan. As I get older and the kids start having their own kids, our real family time at WDW haphazard best. It’s centered around the table service meals each day. Being together in a sort of quiet time is priceless.(or less pricey than a la carte)…
We were big Deluxe Dining adventurers. Worked perfect for our family of 3 with out little one. Now i buy Disney Gift cards thru the year and use those for dining.
The dining plan for us is not worth it. For example the table service dining plan- Diamond Horseeshoe lets just say $70, the quick service at Harbour Square would be $15 and 2 scoops of ice cream would be $10. The dining plan is 98$ But I would be only spending 95$ without it.
