A popular Disney World restaurant is currently closed for a brief refurbishment.
Sebastian’s Bistro, the popular all-you-can-enjoy restaurant located at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, is currently down for approximately a week. According to a cast member we spoke with, the restaurant’s floors are being updated.
The closure is referenced on Disney’s website, which states “Beginning March 24, 2025, Sebastian’s Bistro will be closed for refurbishment and is expected to reopen at the end of March. Guests may see and hear construction in the area until work is completed. While the restaurant is closed, we invite you to enjoy the many other dining options at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.”
On a recent trip to the resort, we grabbed some shots of the restaurant’s renovation.
There’s no menu for a few days as this restaurant undergoes some much-needed TLC. Based on the Disney World calendar, it looks like Sebastian’s is set to reopen on March 29th, but we’ll let you know of any official news!
If you’re heading out to Walt Disney World this week, be forewarned that the popular Sebastian’s Bistro is going to be closed. Stay tuned to DFB for more on Disney World’s calendar.

What they need to do is revamp the menu. It was one of the worst meals I have had at WDW. So disappointed I spent the $$ on that.
