All the Single Riders, all the Single Riders, all the Single Riders, now put your hands UP!
Okay, sorry, I literally couldn’t help myself. ANYWAY, if you’re a fan of using the Single Rider lines to beat the standby lines at Disney World rides, we’ve got an exciting update to share. Disney has officially added Single Rider options and information to the My Disney Experience app!
Disney World has officially added Single Rider information to in-park wait time boards and the My Disney Experience app! Information about Single Rider lines was previously available in the app, but now it’s listed — along with a new logo — on individual rides depending on when the Single Rider line is available.
As of now, six Disney World rides use the Single Rider line, and just because it’s an option sometimes doesn’t mean it’s always available. Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster (Hollywood Studios), Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run (Hollywood Studios), Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance (Hollywood Studios), Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure (Epcot), Soarin’ (Epcot), and Expedition Everest (Animal Kingdom) all have Single Rider line options.
When we were playing around in the app this morning, we spotted Single Rider options for Expedition Everest and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster…
…Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run…
…and Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure. Keep in mind that the Single Rider line may not always be available — Disney will open or close the Single Rider option at various rides depending on demand and availability. Your best bet is to check the My Disney Experience app or the wait time boards located throughout the parks for the most up-to-date information.
In the meantime, we’ll be on the lookout for more updates on Single Rider lines and the My Disney Experience app. Make sure you stay tuned to the Disney Food Blog for the latest Disney news and more!

Test track used to also have single rider and hopefully will continue to when it reopens.
