A Disneyland show has permanently closed!
Just months before the resort is set to kick off festivities celebrating its 70th anniversary, an attraction at the Anaheim resort has surprisingly shuttered forever. The Disney Junior Dance Party, a “high-energy dance party show, filled with favorite Disney Junior Characters and music!”, has run in California Adventure’s Hollywood Land for the last several years. However, the show’s run has ended with no announcement or fanfare.
The Disney Junior Dance Party has played its last show. As of March 24th, 2025, it will no longer run at Disney California Adventure.
The show’s information has been removed from Disney’s website, and we confirmed with Disney that the show’s run had ended and were told to “continue to check the website for any more updates for a new show.”
The Disney Junior Dance Party featured a DJ playing songs you know from Disney Junior shows, and appearances from Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, Timon, Kion and his animal pals from The Lion Guard “live via satellite from the Pride Lands”, and the stars of Mickey and the Roadster Racers— Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
California Adventure’s Disney Junior Dance Party has unexpectedly closed at the Disneyland Resort to make way for a new show. Stay tuned to DFB for more on Disneyland’s newest additions.

You made a big deal about more transportation needed in DCA and also btwn DCA & DL. I really don’t feel that’s necessary. There’s enough construction when new rides are added. DCA is small and an electric cart can be rented for people with mobility issues.
I’m in my 80’s, have a magic key pass and use a cane when necessary.
