Spring is right around the corner!
Things are starting to look more colorful around Disney World. The sun is shining, and topiaries are out for the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival! To also celebrate the season, a fan-favorite restaurant in Hollywood Studios is receiving new menu updates!
We know a thing or two about Disney food here at the Disney Food Blog, and these new eats coming to the Hollywood Brown Derby make us so excited! Starting today, Tuesday, March 4th, the menu at the Hollywood Brown Derby will get a taste of Spring with four new appetizers, four new entrées, and two new enhancements. Let’s take a look!
Starting with the appetizers, the new menu will include:
- House-made Ravioli: English peas, carrot purée, and pickled alba mushrooms
- Creamy Corn Bisque: Crab salad and saffron crème fraîche
- Sake-braised Pork Belly: Apple-ginger purée, shiitake mushrooms, tasso ham, and shiso
- Grand Marnier Liqueur-macerated Seasonal Fruit Burrata: Lollo rosso, frisée, caramelized spiced pine nuts, and citrus vinaigrette
The new entrées will include:
- Filet Mignon: Potato-carrot mash, spicy broccoli rabe, black garlic butter, and madeira demi
- Grilled Ōra King Salmon: Creamed corn succotash, pancetta, and Spring onion pistou
- Lamb Shank: Quinoa-pea salad, paneer paratha chips, and mint yogurt
- Free-Range Chicken: Scallion-chorizo cakes, roasted squash, grilled peppers, and red mole sauce
If you are looking to upgrade your meal, you can add on the following enhancements:
- Au Gratin Potato: Black diamond cheddar
- Braised Wild Mushrooms: Shallots, tarragon, and truffle butter

Looks delicious.
Have to try these new menu items end of March.
50’s Prime Time Cafe is my favorite restaurant.
The Brown Derby always does a great job. These new items look delicious.
Studios would be a winner in my book if they reopened Staring Rolls Cafe. That was one of the best counter service locations in Hollywood Studios, (or MGM to we long time WDW guests).
Starring Rolls Cafe was always a favorite and missed each and every vacation.
