Alright, here’s the deal: You are going to be doing A LOT of walking at Disney World. From walking around your hotel to walking around the parks, you will be getting your steps in.
We talk about the necessity of having comfortable walking shoes all the time here at DFB. And we really mean it; they can oftentimes make or break your experience at Disney World.
Having sore feet or trying to manage blisters while at Disney World is no fun. You will want to have comfortable, broken-in shoes for your trip to enjoy Disney World to the fullest. We preach a lot about bringing the right shoes, but we have also discovered an amazing item that has made our trips 10x better.
Shoe inserts. Yep, like the Dr. Scholl’s custom fit orthotics kind of shoe inserts. We have always relied on having good shoes for our Disney World trips, but now we also swear by having shoe inserts.
We were amazed by how much better our feet feel after a day walking around Disney World with shoe inserts.
You are still going to be able to tell you walked thousands of steps, but these shoe inserts have amazed us! They make standing in line easier, and our feet feel even more supported when walking around the parks.
They may not have been something we thought we would be wearing at Disney World, but boy are we glad we gave them a try! We won’t be going back to wearing shoes without inserts anytime soon.
Stay tuned to DFB for all your Disney World tips and tricks!
Double inserts are da bomb, but you may have to buy larger shoes to accommodate.
My must have for the parks is moleskin. Place the moleskin where you typically experience blisters to completely avoid them.
