Celebrity SPOTTED! You Won’t Believe Who Visited Cast Members in EPCOT!

Disney often takes the time to highlight and support its Cast Members, and this month, it held a special event for veteran Cast Members!

American Adventure Pavilion in EPCOT

In The American Adventure at EPCOT, a special guest visited Cast Members to celebrate their achievements and service!

Jenna Bush Hager, daughter of former U.S. President George W. Bush, visited EPCOT to meet veteran Cast Members and view President Bush’s portrait gallery.

President Bush created more than 60 paintings of U.S. military members for his collection, Portraits of Courage: A Commander in Chief’s Tribute to America’s Warriors. They are stunning oil paintings of military members who have served since 9/11, and President Bush got to personally know them all. Guests can view these paintings inside the The American Adventure in EPCOT!

Jenna met with Cast Members who previously served and spoke about her family’s deep connections to the military. She was presented with a flag flown over EPCOT in honor of the support she continuously gives to the military community.

Even Mickey Mouse came to pose with Jenna and the Disney Cast Members! He was decked out in his red, white, and blue and looked ready for President’s Day.

The Walt Disney Company has partnered with the Bush Institute since 2016, when Disney World hosted the Invictus Games, an event to support wounded soldiers’ recovery through adaptive sports and events.

Disney loves to support its military community and has different ways to do it, such as its flag ceremonies, which honor a member of the military every day, a special resort, and even military discounts.
