We go to Disney World every day, and since we are there so often, we have seen and heard some pretty unhinged things. 

So, of course, we wanted to share the four of the unhinged things we have heard and seen when we visited the parks to give you a good laugh!

 

 

Without further ado, let’s get into it!

People Dressed for the Wrong Park

We are used to seeing people wear Universal merchandise to Disney World, like a minion shirt or Universal Orlando hat. Still, we were caught off guard when we saw two children dressed as Mario and Luigi outside of Animal Kingdom!

To top it off, somehow, they brought their skateboards and were skating around outside of security; that’s not something you see every day! It seems these boys were just so excited about SUPER NINTENDO WORLD coming to Universal’s Epic Universe!

Cast Members Being Silly

It is no secret that Cast Members are magic makers at Disney World. We love interacting with cast members when they come up with fun games. Have you ever seen a box taped on the ground? Next time you are in a park and you see it, make sure to step inside it, for a fun Cast Member surprise!

If you are celebrating your birthday, engagement, or anything in between, odds are you have asked a Cast Member for a celebration button. We have now seen Cast Members having fun with celebration buttons and making up their own silly celebrations like “I am celebrating wearing this button!” How fun!

People Wearing Pajamas to the Park

Sometimes, a vacation to Disney World can feel more like a marathon rather than a vacation (and that is why we always recommend a rest day!). You may be going through the motions of waking up early, spending the entire day in the parks, going to bed late, and then waking up to do it all again the next day. We get it; sometimes, you just want to be comfortable and don’t want to get out of your pajamas!

This trend seems to be taking over the parks as we have seen more and more people wearing pajama pants in the park. We saw people at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party wearing their family Christmas pajamas, and they looked so cozy!

Parent’s Reactions to Their Child’s Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique Makeover

Princesses and Princes can become Disney royalty when they visit the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. While Disney World does have three Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique locations, currently, only the Magic Kingdom location is open.

It can be so fun walking by the boutique in Fantasyland and seeing parents react to their child’s makeover. Not only is it heartwarming, but it can be funny to hear parents’ out-of-pocket reactions and comparisons!

Funny Character Interactions

Sometimes, the Disney characters can get a bit unhinged. Last year, on 626 day (June 26th), we saw Stitch chase a bird throughout Tomorrowland!

While some characters don’t talk, they do a really great job of getting their point across without having to even use words! One time, one of our team members met Jessie, and she made it quite evident that she fancied her husband’s tattoos. 

 

Seeing unhinged things throughout the parks and resorts really keeps us on our toes while providing some comedic relief!
