If there is one thing that brings all of us together here at DFB, it is our love of all things Disney. The fact that we get to talk about Disney for a living still seems a bit surreal. Of course, we wouldn’t be anywhere without you, so thank you for your support and for creating a community of amazing Disney lovers.

While talking about Disney for a living is pretty much a dream job, it doesn’t mean everything is rainbows and butterflies all the time. It is hard to beat having Disney World as your office some days, but we work hard to ensure you are always up to date on the latest Disney happenings. Whether that be the latest Lightning Lane news or a full review of one of the hundreds of Disney restaurants. Let’s talk about what it is really like talking about Disney for a living!
We have been talking about Disney for 15 years, and we aren’t stopping anytime soon! Disney Food Blog recently celebrated 15 years, and we are hoping for many, many more years of talking about Disney. The company has grown significantly since AJ decided to start a blog writing about food at Disney, but our love for talking about Disney is just as strong as ever.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Our team is full of Disney die-hards who want you to have a great experience at Disney and bring a bit of Disney magic to your days. We are constantly striving to answer your burning questions and provide you with the best tips and tricks.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
In addition to our blog, we also publish Disney guidebooks, produce YouTube videos, create social media content, and design merchandise. We are producing a lot of content, and we always want to make sure we have the most up-to-date information. In order to do that, we spend A LOT of time in the parks. We have at least one reporter in the parks almost daily, including holidays.
Time flies when you’re photographing soft serve
We want to be on the ground and bringing you all the latest news. Plus, being in the parks daily gives us the knowledge and experience to help you plan your Disney vacation.
Disney California Adventure
Not only do we spend a lot of time in the parks, but we also spend a lot of money in the parks. We have to admit that it is hard to complain when we have to go buy Disney’s newest food item or head to a restaurant that we haven’t been to in a while for a review. However, we pay for all of our own food, drinks, hotel stays, etc. – the only exception being media events, which we always note that we are being hosted in our posts!
Art’s Famous Fried Chicken
We spend LOTS of money each year to try out all the food, test new services like Lightning Lane Multi Pass, and stay at Disney World hotels. It is all worth it, though, so we can give you honest, unbiased reviews of all things Disney!
Island Tower
Alright, so we spend a lot of time and money in the parks. But, that is not all. We are always watching for news and keeping up to date on information. Being a Disney fan is a 24/7 gig; even when we aren’t working, we are probably thinking about Disney. We are either planning our next Disney vacation, checking out Disney content, or just talking to our friends about Disney (yeah…they probably get tired of us sometimes…).
Disney’s BoardWalk Inn
We are always keeping an eye out for the latest Disney news. Yes, our doom-scrolling is probably at least 85% Disney content. We can’t help it. We love Disney so much that we even have custom emojis for our messages. You will never believe how much use a DOLE Whip emoji will get until you have one!
EPCOT
We put a lot of time and effort into all of our content, but the very best part of it all? Getting to interact with you! We are always working hard to make sure that you all are getting the content you most want to see. Sometimes there are long days in the heat, or long days getting news out, but it is always worth it in the end!
Magic Kingdom during Halloween season
We love interacting with all of you, and if we can help make your day a bit brighter or your Disney vacation better, then we have done our job. Disney fans are one-of-a-kind, and we are so happy that we get to spend each and every day talking about all things Disney with you!

Ugh-so sad. I thought you were going to tell us how we could get a dole whip emoji. I was already picturing my brother jumping for joy over it since it’s his favorite treat.
