Disney Is Giving Away FREE Souvenirs Until December 15th — But There’s a Catch!

Moana fans can get a FREE souvenir just for seeing the movie!

Disney’s Moana 2 doesn’t need much help at the box office. The sequel to the 2016 smash has already set the record for the largest Thanksgiving box office weekend of all time, and its continued success has it poised to break the billion-dollar barrier worldwide. That said if you need an impetus to see the film — or see it a second time — Disney is teaming up with several theater chains to offer an EXCLUSIVE free souvenir.

From December 6th through the 15th, moviegoers who buy tickets to see Moana 2 at Cinemark theaters in the United States will receive an exclusive Disney Lorcana Moana card!

The exclusive card, entitled Moana – Adventurer of Land and Sea, will feature special silver foil artwork and is playable in the Lorcana racing card game (TCG). The design is a preview of the upcoming Lorcana set’s art design, and a standard version of the card will be available in said upcoming set, according to game manufacturer Ravensburger.

Outside of the U.S., the card will be offered at various chains around the world including ODEON across Europe, Cinepolis in Mexico, and CinePlex in Canada.

Lorcana was first released in August of 2023 and has quickly become one of the most popular collectible card games on the market. Players “take on the role of Illumineers and wield magic ink to summon a team of Disney characters known as glimmers, who appear in both familiar and fantastical ways. The game was designed to be easy to learn for TCG newcomers while still offering strategic depth for experienced players.”

Beyond those who play, the TCG, Lorcana has also become popular amongst Disney collectors thanks to the hundreds of original pieces of Disney art that make up its range of cards.

Moviegoers who see Moana 2 at CineMark theaters between December 6th and December 15th will receive an EXCLUSIVE Disney Lorcana Moana card while supplies last. Stay tuned to DFB for more on special Disney offers.
