There’s quite a bit of construction going on in Magic Kingdom!
Between the Country Bear Jamboree updates and the new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure attraction, there are plenty of projects to watch. However, we can now cross one of the ongoing projects off our list!
For a while now, the Frontierland train station for the Walt Disney World Railroad has been under construction, getting a refurbishment. During that time, we were directed to use the train station’s exit as the entrance.
But as of Tuesday, April 23rd, the main entrance of the train station is open again! We spotted a new sign up on the original entrance, and the exit was back to being just that…an exit.
In case you’re confused, you’ll need to head to the right side of the train station to enter the queue. Over here you’ll find the main entrance staircase, as well as a ramp for strollers, wheelchairs, and ECVs.
Even though the train station refurbishment seems to be complete, there are still walls surrounding the area as Disney works on the queue for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure. The ride is set to open this summer.
We’ll keep you in the loop with more updates and information on the ongoing Disney World projects, so stay tuned to DFB!
