Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is “Almost There” (yes, we’ll be referencing songs from The Princess and the Frog FOREVER).

We’ve been following construction on both versions of the ride in Disney World and Disneyland. We’ve learned a LOT about some of the characters we’ll get to meet as we float down the bayou. We’ve also learned a bit about the new gift shops coming to Disney World and Disneyland. But what about merchandise? There HAS to be merchandise, and well, there OBVIOUSLY has to be ears. Well, we’ve got a first look at the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Minnie Ears!
UPDATE: Disney has announced that Tiana’s Bayou Adventure will open on June 28th, 2024! There will be previews for some people, like Cast Members, Annual Passholders, and DVC members.

Here’s a little bit of a better look at the new ears. We love them!

The ears are mostly navy blue with gold details and include artwork associated with the ride. They have a puffy gold bow with a water lily in the middle.

One ear has the Tiana’s Bayou Adventure logo on it…

…while the other has Louis (who will appear in the ride as an impressive audio-animatronic) underneath Mama Odie’s bottles (which will be featured on the ride).

Now, we have no idea when any new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure merchandise will drop, although we spotted a Tiana’s Bayou Adventure Pin earlier this year.

We also don’t have an exact date beyond Summer 2024 for the ride’s opening in Disney World, but you can guarantee we’ll “Dig a Little Deeper” (yep, we did it again) to get more updates and answers.

“Why is it printed backwards?
Hi Zandra! It’s not actually backwards, it just looks that way because the camera was flipped around and made a mirror type image. If you were looking at it in person you’d see it printed the right way. 🙂
