It’s an exciting and BUSY day at Walt Disney World!

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

The Flower and Garden Festival kicked off at EPCOT, which is drawing a crowd. But that’s not the only exciting thing we’ve covered today! There’s a NEW character around these parts and they are getting people to flock!

Earlier today, we reported to you that the Mandalorian and Grogu were at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge today. This is likely to promote Season 3 of The Mandalorian which arrived on Disney+ on March 1st. Since it could be for a short time only that we will see these two here, crowds are gathering hoping to meet them!

When word got out that these two would be in Galaxy’s Edge today, the crowds started coming and waiting for them.

As the two begin walking around, larger crowds surrounded them.

There were several Cast Members following them as well.

We are loving seeing them in Galaxy’s Edge at Hollywood Studios!

The Market place was packed!

I mean- we understand why! These two are Star Wars fan favorites. If you’re in Hollywood Studios soon, be on the lookout! As always, follow DFB for more Walt Disney World news!

UPDATE: Mando and Baby Yoda were wandering around Galaxy’s Edge a day later, on March 2nd, so it seems like they’ll be sticking around for a bit! Disney still hasn’t announced how long they’ll be here. (The crowds were also much lighter around the characters on the second day — we didn’t see the swarms of people like we saw on the day of their arrival!)
