The moment you’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived…

…the Figment Popcorn Bucket is BACK at the EPCOT Festival of the Arts! (AND THE CROWD GOES WILD!!!!) This purple dragon caused quite a stir when he debuted at the 2022 Festival of the Arts, quickly garnering hours-long lines and eventually selling out but then reappearing via Mobile Order. Then, Disney announced Figgy would be returning for the 2023 EPCOT Festival of the Arts — and now that day has finally come!

Here’s what you need to know about getting your own Figment Popcorn Bucket this year!

If you want to get the Figment Popcorn Bucket this year, you’ll need to place a Mobile Order to pick him up. Head to the My Disney Experience app, and tap the circle in the bottom center with a plus sign in it. Then select “Order Food.” At that point, you should be taken to the Mobile Ordering page.

Scroll down until you see something that says “EPCOT Souvenir Release” and has the image of Figment next to it!

You can tap on the Souvenir Release title to get more information and see the potential arrival windows. Looks like he has a lovely EPCOT 40 design on the lanyard!

Note that the bucket is $25 and does come with Rainbow Popcorn!

Tap the arrival window you want and follow the steps to finalize your order. Note that times are FLYING so you’ll need to ACT FAST. As of around 10:49AM ET the next available return time was around 6:10PM. So don’t wait to place your order!

Once you’ve placed your order, note that you can check on the status of your order throughout the day in the My Disney Experience app. You should see it at the top of your “home” screen.

When you’re ready to get your popcorn bucket, select “I’m Here, Prepare My Order.” Before too long, you should get a notification that your order is ready.

When you get the notification that your little buddy is ready, head to The Odyssey building (that’s the building between Test Track and the Mexico Pavilion) to get your popcorn bucket!

When we went to go pick up our popcorn bucket, we were able to walk right up to the table! 

A cast member was stationed at the small line to check people’s My Disney Experience app to make sure it was time to grab their popcorn bucket. Overall, it was a super easy experience and much better than waiting in a 5-hour line!

Keep in mind that these will only be available while supplies last and they are only available to order via Mobile Order. You can only submit 1 mobile order per day for up to 2 buckets. But availability, pricing, and hours are ALL subject to change. Also, discounts don’t apply! And remember you’ll need a valid ticket and Park Pass to enter EPCOT and pick up this little friend.
